Christina May, your Western North Carolina Personal Chef, has over 20 years of cooking experience.  A recently retired Naval officer, she established Bright Copper Kettles to pursue her passion of creating delicious, artfully presented meals and her desire to make life easier and more pleasurable for others.  Having traveled extensively, she is familiar with many ethnic cuisines and cultures.

Chef Christina has completed formal training and is a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association. She is fully covered by liability insurance and has been certified as a safe food handler by the National Restaurant Association.  She would be delighted to provide you with references.

Living and working in the High Country, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Chef Christina provides personal and private chef services to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Deep Gap and the surrounding areas.
